Raven Concealment Systems announces the Morrigan

“The Morrigan embodies all the quality and innovative design you expect from Raven, just simplified.” Scott Wilson, Director of Sales at RCS. The Morrigan is the Irish goddess of Battle, Strife, and Sovereignty. It is, also, the name of Raven Concealment Systems new modular holster system. Soldier Systems Daily released a press statement announcing a product date of  Black Friday, which will fall on the 27th of November this year.

The Morrigan will be ambidextrous, with both adjustable cant and retention. A “tourniquet-style” retention system will be incorporated into the system instead of a retention screw. I know that this holster has been tested by industry leaders and subject matter experts for months now. Our good friend at Blue Line Sheepdog has already published a review of the Morrigan. He was one of the SMEs employed in industry testing. As with everything from RCS, it will be well thought out innovative in execution. “With the Morrigan, our goal was to create a much simpler design that was very application-specific. The Morrigan is designed to have a small, streamlined profile, and serve optimally for those who carry on or behind the hip, inside the waistband. It does this remarkably well, without requiring a bunch of extra parts and time spent assembling it.” John Chapman, CEO of RCS.

The Morrigan will be available for the Glock 17/22, Glock 19/23, Glock 43, Smith and Wesson M&P Shield and the Smith and Wesson M&P.

MRSP is $49.99 USD.
